This is a hotel go-to for Florence! We appreciated the venue, it was family and very clean. Satellite TV and a writing desk in our family room were realy useful during our stay. Also, it had parking nearby.

This hotel offers incredible value for money. It is located right next to the beautiful river Arno and is within walking distance to the rail station. The staff provides excellent service and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The highlight of our stay was definitely the rooms with a view of the Arno. Waking up to such a stunning sight was truly amazing. The hotel also provides fresh towels daily and the breakfast included a delicious made-to-order cappuccino.
Everything was great, no improvements needed.

Breakfast
The shower area was mini, the towels were so bad that would have been better not said which made available, so IIt would have brought my own. We made a kind of reservation and arriving they change the caracteristic (with no charge). In other hand, the staff was sympatic and the breakfast was very good (capuccino and hot chocolate hand maded).

The location is good. Beware of mosquitoes in summertime but the view of the river is very nice
hotel is sparse in services. you assume for the price but it's mediocre. It could be a simple and dignified place. the first day when we arrived we already observed problems with the air conditioning, screen of the shower that was closing badly and that there was not tv in spite that it indicated it in the reservation. They brought us a tv and it seems that they fixed the air conditioning but the next night it gave us problems again. poor guy at the reception came and went without being able to help us much, until finally, we told him to sleep on the landing because the heat was unbearable, his boss apparently told him to change our room. I have dyed 2 similar situations in the past and change of room was suggested on both occasions immediately by the hotels. I don't understand why we waited here for two hours. breakfast was very simple and brief. By the way, it was our honeymoon. I said. So, they could have been more thorough. we changed rooms there was no TV either but we didn't say anything.. I wouldn't repeat, I'm sorry.

Very good location, view on the river, near the heart of the city but in a quiet neighbourhood, not very far from the central railway station.
Very, very thin walls, you could hear almost every word from the next room. Shower needs renovation, it is awful.
